Today I am joined by the incredible Dr. Mallory Fox (@drfoxyfit). She is the owner of Be Foxy Fit; a practice that helps individuals get pain-free and rediscover how to enjoy life after events, injuries or other circumstances that have changed their version of normal movement. Mallory is also a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) survivor, yoga + mindfulness teacher, life-long student and lululemon ambassador.

In this conversation we discuss:

  • How to help someone you know going through a traumatic event
  • The importance of grieving, even while still practicing gratitude
  • What mindful movement is and why it’s valuable to incorporate in your routine
  • And more!
