Q1: Hey Kyle, I travel a lot for work and want to pick up some small equipment to take with me when I can't get to a gym. What can I get without spending too much money?
Q2: I have my first powerlifting meet coming up at the end of January. In terms of competition day, what's your approach to warm-ups, handling nerves, and managing energy levels throughout the day?
Q3: I know most people prefer a gradual approach to fat loss. However, is there ever a case when a more aggressive approach makes sense?
Q4: How do you program to address specific weaknesses in each of the three main lifts? Or do you not pay much attention to it?
Q5: I know you guys have talked about intensity techniques before, but are there specific ones (i.e., drop sets, supersets, etc.) that you find particularly effective for muscle growth? Also, how should they be incorporated into a program?
