We discuss humor being a defense mechanism, the usefulness of being taken down a notch, and drinking being a performance art piece, how there’s no right time to quit but rather you stop when you want your life back, the universal concern that we are too much for others, 2020 being the year that relieved us of compare and despair, the channels that open up energetically when you move through a mighty depression, confronting the bully, criticism as preparation for living a life out loud, the consequences of falling in love when you’re not in love with yourself, and how it’s never too late to give yourself the chance you couldn’t give yourself before.
