ER&M is a podcast dedicated to teaching you the health and performance benefits of eating REAL FOOD, as well as movement and strength training techniques to correct muscular imbalances, improve mobility, enhance athletic performance and improve quality of life. In each episode I highlight two foods, discuss the beneficial nutrients in those foods and then give you practical ways to implement them into your daily nutrition. A recipe for the two foods discussed will also be provided. I follow that with a functional movement, highlight the benefits and give examples how to implement this into your daily/weekly routine. Special episodes of Eat Real and Move will feature leading scientists, nutritionists, authors and strength trainers.
