If I had to choose 1 piece of equipment for the rest of my life, it would be a kettlebell. Not only are they portable but they are incredibly effective.
In fact, a 2013 study was done and showed that using kettlebells could burn 20cal/min. Meaning in just a short 20 min workout, you could burn 400 calories. We are going to talk about what specific exercise that was.
The results you can get with even just a single kettlebell are just amazing. Both from a strength and fat loss point of view as well as being able to use them anywhere. The park, small apartment, while you are traveling. Etc
