Lakshman Swamy, is a Medical Director at MassHealth focused on Payment & Care Delivery Innovation and an Assistant Professor of Population & Quantitative Health Sciences at UMass Medical School. Clinically, he is a pulmonary/critical care physician at Cambridge Health Alliance and an Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He completed his Internal Medicine & Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine training at Boston Medical Center & VA Boston. He is interested in addressing the delivery of care and working environments to reduce burnout and improve patient outcomes.
