Ladies and Gentlemen, I introduce to you my good friend, past fellow student and my current weightlifting coach (among many other things), Dylan Taylor.
An Aussie living Kiwi with an abundance of knowledge around all things health and fitness and a deep rooted drive to forever seek further guidance around and improve the physical, emotional, spiritual and mental pillars to live the most fulfilled and purposeful life.
With Dylan's appreciation and understanding in the importance of living as naturally as possible, we could have easily spoken for hours upon hours on the topics we merely touched on, but in respect of your time and sanity, we've narrowed it down to what we felt were the most relevant talking points at this moment in time.
It's basically without saying, this conversation here is "to be continued"...
