Dr. Suzanne Gilberg–Lenz is the author of Menopause Bootcamp: Optimize Your Health, Empower Your Self, and Flourish as You Age. As Dr. Suzanne explains, “menopause is not a disease” but it is something every woman will go through. She shares key information women need to know to navigate their symptoms.
