Ready and revved up to take back what was rightly ours, fitness! Power couple ready to once again feel strong and unstoppable! However, one new routine has set in before we exercise. In our best crotchety Old Man Voice, we utter on the way out the door "be careful... go slow and don't hurt yourself for God's sake!"

Our mindset has shifted quite a bit. Not away from fitness, but from a go now/go hard perspective to one of longevity! There is always a trade-off. We discuss what some of those trade-offs are, and why we are ready to accept them now, in order to be healthy in the future!
