Do your days feel like they just blur together? Like after you had kids, life just got busy? You remember you used to have so much more time to hit the gym and workout. You used to do things other than work, cook, clean, and shuttle kids around.
Maybe you find yourself feeling a little lost in motherhood....lost in your work, overwhelmed by everything everyone needs all the time.
You find yourself looking for something to just feel easy---and often it's food.
You grab whatever sounds good in the moment.
Whatever is easiest, quickest, and most convenient. Even if you know it's not what will make you feel the best or what supports your goals the most.
Often, you find yourself feeling stuck, like you're lacking motivation to do anything for yourself.
You want to, but, you just don't see things changing.
You've tried things in the past. You start strong for a bit, but when the results don't come fast enough, you call it quits.
This week we are talking about some practical ways you can begin to find yourself apart from motherhood and your work.
