Not at all perfectionism looks alike, because there are different motivations behind each archetype. In this conversation, we're exploring the 4 archetypes of perfectionism coming from the maladaptive side of perfectionism.

These archetypes share a common energy - the FEAR OF FAILURE. Most actions, thoughts, and behaviors are driving by fear rather than excitement and joy. When you're only taking actions from a place of what's going to happen if you DON'T do something, you can imagine the negative consequences on your mental and emotional wellbeing.
