(Season 2, Episode 6) When was the last time you did something for the pure and simple reason that it made you feel GOOD?! In this week's episode of The Millennial Reset, we're talking with occupational therapist, Lindsey Lopez, about how incorporating more play into our busy daily lives can help us to not only regulate our nervous system, but to also get into that state of flow and creativity that allows us to move our life forward in new ways.
We break it down into three main topics of focus:

  • What play really means as fully-grown adults and what role it plays in our lives.
  • How to incorporate more play and creativity into our daily activities and work when we don't have time/energy for things like hobbies.
  • The brain science of how engaging in play can help rewire our brains and help us to learn and grow.

Remember, you deserve to remember what it feels like to feel more joy, and I hope you're able to walk away from today's episode with one idea of how to incorporate more PLAY into your DAY!
