#11- Embracing your emotions - a path to healing (& Meditation)

In this episode, I share thoughts on how we sometimes experience those not so welcome reactions or emotions (moments of impatience, frustration, edginess) and we dismiss them as feelings that just happen once in awhile, when we are too busy, too tired, or caused by something that happened or something that someone else said or did. But dismissing those emotions is like ignoring yourself - ignoring your own signal that you need something to be resolved. I offer you to be open to the possibility that your inner wisdom is sending you these messages so you can recognize that you are holding something, hiding or suppressing something deeper that perhaps needs to come up. By having compassion for ourselves, and allowing ourselves to let those feelings come up, to not oppose them, to be treat them as a message to be heard, you will find resolution and healing. A meditation follows.
