It is our last week of the Revive in 5 - 5 minute - ME TIME Challenge! And I want you to take out or come up with an overall SURFACE GOAL that you have for yourself in 2024 and let's start digging into WHY you would like to achieve this thing.
You have to know the reasons behind your desire before any movement will be made toward that desire. Anything that you have achieved in your life was driven by a real reason for why you were willing to work toward it. And usually those reasons are so strong that you still know what they are. Think about it.
Take 5 minutes and dig into your why playing the 3 WHYS game and then GET your midlife body moving today! Start the year out right!
