No one has to tell me how hard it is to get in a workout early in the morning before work or in the late afternoon when you’ve been working all day. I am right there with you.
But did you know that exercise increases your heart rate and blood flow, making you feel awake – more energized? Now you do!
The thing is, you have to go get it. No one can give it to you. It's your choice.
Make the right one and move that midlife body!
