This week I had the pleasure of sitting down with badass Ironman athlete, marathon runner, mama and superhuman Kayla Floyd! Kayla is a former college runner who transitioned into triathlons and marathons after her college career. She has raced the legendary KONA full Ironman and is currently training for the legendary BOSTON marathon 💫

✅ The role of Mental toughness in endurance races
