What rubs me the wrong way? - Words like 'noncompliance' speak to the disobedience of a member/patient and do not serve you, your groups, or the members they serve.
Nurse coaches are particularly adept and uncovering barriers that get in the way of the adherence to a plan set by a provider and member to help them achieve their health goals.
It's the beautiful combination of education, support, encouragement, accountability, and facilitating the communication needed between provider and patient that creates the light-bulb moment that drives the behavior changes that creates the ROI you are looking for for the groups you serve....all while truly enhancing the member experience.
