-Dr. Kurt Escobar completed his PhD at the University of New Mexico. His research centers on how exercise and nutrition can improve human health, function, and performance. His work ranges from exercise metabolism, the effects of exercise and nutrition on metabolic health, and sports nutrition, to the cellular responses to exercise including autophagy. He teaches courses on the physiology of exercise, exercise programming and prescription in health and disease, and exercise nutrition. Check out his Youtube Channel HERE
