Erythritol, the popular low-calorie sweetener, has come under the microscope because a clinical study has revealed elevated levels are linked to blood clots, heart attacks, and strokes. Is this really true? I've read the study, done some research, and uncovered some things you may not be aware of if you read all the clickbait articles that the study helped generate. Order My Rhabdo Book

Rhabdomyolysis is a painful and serious side effect of exercise that you need to know about. Athletes and non-athletes have ended up in the hospital because of rhabdo. Education is the best defense. I've been teaching about rhabdo for over 10 years. If you are in the US, you can order it directly from me.
