Sabrina Trobak lives in Fort St John BC Canada

She is a registered counsellor and the author of Not Good Enough: Understanding your Core Belief and Anxiety.

Sabrina was a teacher, vice principal and school counsellor for over 20 years. Sabrina has extensive training in resolving past trauma and the impact trauma has on the core beliefs, not good enough, not important, not valued.
