I have watched the people I work with not only lose weight, but gain confidence, transform relationships, get the job, and truly live the life they deserve to live. After the 5432nd time someone told me "you should have been a therapist" I decided to expand my impact, and give the ladies of the world my two cents on the things we are all struggling with that prevent us from living our best lives.
In this episode I am giving you a little life update (little mid life crisis survival story). And diving into our very first Ask Mish question which is all about how to be confident and feel good when you genuinely don't.
