Preparing for labor and delivery is important, but don't forget about postpartum too! You can actually feel calm and prepared, and enjoy this time with your new baby!
This week I interviewed Marissa Bergman, a nurse and birth/postpartum educator who is preparing for her third postpartum journey at 35 weeks!

In this episode we discuss that:

  • Postpartum extends well beyond the first six weeks…
  • Healthy boundaries can help new moms transition into motherhood with confidence…
  • Breastfeeding is natural, but often not easy…
  • It’s okay to feel overwhelmed, we all are at some point…
  • …and that every postpartum journey is unique and requires planning and support!

Through the challenging transitions and beauty of motherhood, the common denominator to handling it all is support and preparation. We want you to be able to enjoy your new baby and feel well-equipped with information and resources to guide you in this journey. This is an episode you don’t want to miss!
