Everyone agrees that there are only two kinds of people in this world: Spice Girls people and Backstreet Boys people. But what if we put aside our differences and used the lessons taught by both super groups to get to the heart of our weight loss and fitness goals? This week, Catherine and Donald talk about the first step in BJ Fogg’s Behavior Design model; clarify the aspiration. When you set a nebulous “pie in the sky” goal, it can make it difficult to figure out how to get there. Asking yourself what you want and why, can narrow your focus and make the habits involved clearer. Plus, Catherine swim, swam, swums, Donald does not rock the flannel, and women’s puns are good, but men’s puns are bad.
