With social media nowadays and the fitness space being extremely saturated, I feel that people get the wrong idea on what health & fit looks like. Being healthy and fit DOES NOT mean that you're lean and shredded. It DOES NOT mean that you have booty gainz. What being healthy and fit means is you're taking time out of your days to work on the five pillars of life performance.
