Do you ever have thoughts that you are just not up to par? We all have thought stories that lie to us and keep us from feeling entirely whole. Those stories are not true but they come up repeatedly. To live a full and joyous life, you need to understand your negative thought stories and begin to let them go. Self-worth comes from thinking that you are worthy of all good things, no matter what has happened in the past and what challenges you face presently. In this podcast I will give you some questions to ask yourself to learn where your feelings of self-doubt come from and talk about how to change your perspective about your self-worth, and in turn, change your life.
