Then, the girls get into the main topic of this week's episode: LUBE.
Too often, you hear "no, I don't need any lube" from the tragically uninformed, but that ends today. Lube is for everyone, everywhere. Annmarie and Echo break down all the reasons they personally love lube, as well as other uses that provide pleasure for both men and women alike, before reviewing different types of lube and the brands they've been using.
Between Rap Genius and a motivational segment of Encyclopedia Literotica that explains why women are not JUST a hole, the girls discuss the stigma surrounding lube use (for intercourse AND self-pleasure) and why those shame-induced feelings do not serve you. Annmarie and Echo also present a sexual shame checklist that will help you recognize if you have underlying shame you may need to address. Finally, the girls end the episode on an icy hot submission from a Missionary during Real Dumb Questions.
