Welcome to yet another episode of 'The Light Within'. In this episode, we discuss Judging others and thoughts of being judged– what to do about it. When it comes to judgments, we are on both ends, sometimes we are the ones judging, and sometimes we are at the receiving end of others' opinions about us. It is not easy to navigate your way through it and maintain high vibes, you do get pulled down in both scenarios.
