Are you having a hard time losing weight and keeping it off even though you may be on a “good” diet program? You’re probably at that point where you simply want to fix the problem because your diet isn’t working.

That highly restrictive diet program that someone recommended probably has you:

  • drastically cutting your favorite carbs
  • has you counting calories
  • meal prepping even though your life is pretty hectic with all that you have going on

At this point, you’re frustrated at the lack of results. You’re probably of yo-yo dieting; seeing some success and experiencing what you feel is a failure.

Today, let’s work on getting to the possible root cause and fixing it.
