I had to leave a little of our chat before the intro because it was so great and it was actually about the topic! We also had a few glitches this week in the room, talk about over stimulation and shutting down! LOL
This week we had a great discussion on feeling overwhelmed with all the sensory things. We also shared some great tips on how we cope and what you can do to help if you are feeling overstimulated and hypersensitive.
