As this podcast goes to air, we’ve moved through the first full moon of the year, which offers us a time to go deep within, feel our emotions, and access the deepest resources of our intuitive selves.

What is your soul saying to you?

Or are you just going along… doing your routine.. trying to stay ahead of it all?

Without asking these questions.. and just keeping yourself on the treadmill of life.. it can be very exhausting.. and it can create burnout.

There are many ways you can shift out of your old ways.. the limited beliefs of your mind… and open up to expanding your consciousness as we have been talking back over the last few months.

We are at a precipice right now with so much change coming forward. Full moons are just one of the things that cosmically push and pull on us.. all the planets are shifting and creating a parade in the sky that vibrates out to us. We are going through major planetary shifts. Across social media, many sources have claimed that January 25 will feature a rare alignment of planets in the night sky. but really this planetary "parade" is not confined to just one or two nights.

Throughout this month, on any clear evening, we have been able to witness a giant arc of six planets — Mars, Jupiter, Uranus, Venus, Neptune, and Saturn — gracing Earth's skies. A "planetary alignment," is where multiple planets gather in proximity on the same side of the sun. Keep in mind that this lineup isn’t as precise as the viral videos claim, and Mercury and Earth will be out of sync with the group.

While the term "planetary alignment" describes planets clustering on one side of the sun, the term "planetary parade" is less formal and simply means that multiple planets will be visible in the sky at the same time. Throughout January and February 2025, stargazers will get a "planet parade" view in the evening sky. All planets except for Mercury will be visible after nightfall, so it’s still a great opportunity to get outside and look up. I use the stargazer app.. so much fun to note where they are around me.

Now not only do we have our calendar new year… we also have the year of Year of the Dragon drawing to a close with the Year of the Snake is almost upon us. The date usually falls on the second new moon after the Winter Solstice.

The snake, symbol of transformation, coils at the heart of the zodiac, bathed in ethereal light. The elements swirl in the cosmic backdrop. The Year of the Snake 2025, beginning on January 29, promises to bring wisdom, adaptability, and definitely a sense of transformation.

Transformation: The snake's ability to shed its skin represents letting go of the past and embracing new opportunities.

• Elegance: The snake is often seen as a figure of elegance and mystery.
• Good fortune: The snake is often associated with good fortune.

Chinese astrology, each year is also associated with one of the five elements – wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. 2025 will be the Year of the Wood Snake which is believed to bring abundance and prosperity.

There are many stories and fabels associated with the wood snake. One that I like is a story that tells of how Snakes are associated with wealth and prosperity. According to legend, a snake once saved a village from drought by bringing a precious jewel to the surface of the earth. From that day on, Snakes were revered and considered lucky animals.

So .. get ready for even more shifts. But here’s the thing... how you approach these changes is key… Having a Spiritual Practice can help you to notice the old patterns that are keeping you stuck and allows you the energy tools to create the new pathways.. the neurons in your brain to help establish these new ways for you.

Change is possible but you do need the skills and tools that a Spiritual Practice offers you.

We have all heard The Einstein quote regarding solving a problem which is:

"We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that we used when we created them.".

This essentially means that to solve a complex issue, you need to approach it with a new perspective and not remain stuck in the same mindset that created the problem in the first place.

In today’s episode, I wanted to round out our journey through the Akashic Realm.

I think the reason I love working in the Akashic Records is that in this Realm we are able to do very deep healing. The more you work in this realm you begin to recognize the shift in your consciousness, which scientifically means, a shift in how your brain is working.

One of these states that we can easily access is called Gamma Consciousness.

Gamma brain waves are one of the fastest brain wave patterns produced inside your brain. It is often said this is the brain pattern that shamans, gurus, yogis use to shape shift and/or reach enlightenment.

As I have been learning and practicing, in the gamma consciousness state, we achieve this station of healing, which can be pictured as a broad vertical ray of light.

From the state of highest grace that holds only truth, the heavens and higher dimensions, in which light, sound, and date move faster than the speed of light (luminally) akin to wave particles. The Higher Mind, primarily through the pineal gland, runs your higher brain.

By accessing the Ascending Charkas (8th and 9th) the Gamma Consciousness is called in along with the Absolute Scalar Waves and the Higher Frequency of Harmonic Color.

Absolute scalar waves are healing streams of grace. They are a type of light that has been present in pre-life, pre-universe.. the big bang.

It is an electromagnetic field that can be used for healing working with the chakra fields of energy.

I perceive them as coming from the highest place of light and love. As I learned from working with Cyndi Dale this pure scalar energy is found within light and

sound waves that can penetrate any solid object and travel faster than the speed of light.

They can even pass through the earth from one side to another with no loss of strength.

I have experienced them by simply calling them in and allowing the healing to occur.

To me, the energy feels like a fast vibration, light, heat, spreading out to create a pure energy of potentiality where change is made.

All we have to do is to align Spirit to Spirit and simply call them in. Perhaps you have noticed when we go into meditation and open up to the Akashic Realm I call in Absolute light and streams of grace… and it happens.. quickly.

So this allows us to get out of what I call waking state consciousness and expands our abilities to tap into our Soul energy.

As we work with these vibrations in the Akashic Realm, you become one with the divine.. you are guided to the truth within your soul.. there is no judgment… which helps you to remember you are an infinite Soul… so freeing… as we so often think we are the physical presence of our body.. and only want the eyes can see in our physical world.. but we are so much more.

The records open us up to our soul and all the many lifetimes we have lived.. to the wisdom we carry.. to infinite possibilities.

I’ll share an experience that I’ve been working with… I know I’ve talked about many during these episodes… mostly ones of healing.. but this one is about how we can connect with our star people. For me, it's connecting with the my Lemurian Guides.
