What are the biggest differences between the training we do right now in 2023 versus the training that was done during the golden era with Arnold Schwarzenegger? What's the biggest difference between the training that CrossFit athletes do now versus when the sport first started? How much has fitness evolved over time and how much have we learned throughout the evolution!? Well, that's exactly what this episode is all about!
