People look like they have it all together, but most people are not secure with who they are. #1 way is to see yourself as worthy.

A lot of people wasn’t someone else to hold them accountable for their boundaries, but this is something we need to do for ourselves.

Boundaries are all about self-care. What’s going to work for you and what’s going to keep you safe? How can you feel safe in the world?

We set-up boundaries from a place of trauma, something that happened to us and we say I’ll never go through that again. We use boundaries as a shield. In reality we need to use boundaries as a filter.

A lot of boundaries are set-up from fear. A good idea for setting boundaries is to ask yourself what do I really want. When you are in a place of relaxation and clarity.

Boundaries show up in other areas of your life. You could have grown up not having everything you wanted as a kid and now you have a great job and tons of money that you spend buying everything you always wanted.
