In this episode I tell you all about my experience at Happy Place festival last weekend and we are also talking all things seasonal change and autumn because this basic b*tch is just buzzing that it's here! Apparently the seasons don't actually change until September 22nd, but I'm going balls to the wall with embracing autumn early.
Aside from the life chat, the topic is all about choosing your hard. Life is going to happen regardless and every decision we make either creates discomfort now or in the future, so it's up to us to choose which.
