In this episode we discuss an analogy that I recently heard that really resonated and I wanted to share. It is based around the compound effect and the theory of micro habits but for some reason it has really stuck with me and completely changed the way I have been thinking about my daily 'to do' list and how I plan my week.
It's often not about looking at the big goal, ad that can be scary as f*ck! But looking at what you can do daily, and this analogy really helped me.
