The fear of birth is common with many women whilst trying to conceive and during even pregnancy. In this episode we speak with Rebecca Black - Psychologist and Hypnobirthing practitioner, about strategies for a prepared, empowered, and confident birth experience.
Rebecca Black is the founder and director of The Mindful Birth Movement. She is also a mum of two beautiful girls (Stevie, 4, and Aubrey, 2). Bec is passionate about supporting women to develop skills and strategies to effectively manage their mental health and to ensure that they experience positive wellbeing after the birth of their baby.
