Welcome back to another episode in my monthly ‘Ask Whatever’ series, where I answer your very own questions! Keep them coming, because if you’re thinking it, someone else is probably thinking it too! I also can’t believe we have made it to episode 50 of this podcast! I am beyond grateful for every single one of you who takes the time to listen in pursuit of not only weight loss, but doing it differently and seriously changing your relationship with food! Now let’s dive into each of these questions!

1. How do you not think about food all day?
2. Can we disregard the calories in some vegetables like they do in some weight loss programs?
3. How long did it take you to lose so much weight?
4. My biggest fear is that I’m going to gain my weight back.
5. If the box of orzo says 200 calories a serving does that mean before or after it’s
cooked?
6. What led to your regain, especially after so long?
7. What do you recommend as a potato chip substitute?
8. Did you adjust your calories as you lost weight? How?
9. How many calories do you eat in a day?
10. Can you touch on weight gain from medications and how not to feel shame from
that?
11. How do you deal with loose skin after weight loss?
12. How do you get over the temptation to binge and go over in your calories?
13. How do you handle the bad pains of hunger with intermittent fasting?
14. How do you handle a calorie deficit when it comes to alcohol? Can I drink during
my window? How do I calculate it?
15. Do you have any tips for someone who’s pescatarian?
16. The ‘Good For You Gladys’ Question of the Week!
17. I had gastric bypass x number of years ago and eat very healthy. I try to increase
protein and I’m gaining weight. Thoughts and suggestions?
