This year we've celebrated our 20th anniversary, held our annual conference in Manchester, and produced over 200 pieces of guidance and advice. With much to be proud of, in this episode of NICE Talks we'll be speaking to Sir David Haslam, Sir Andrew Dillon, Jeanette Kusel, and Dr Paul Chrisp, as they reflect on 2019 and our plans for the new year.
