Many of us, especially mom's that are handling our home, children, homeschool, work and so much more, will often times feel tired. Because of this fatigue, we often times turn to coffee, or energy boosting drinks, hoping this will help us gain more energy.
However, this is a big problem. In this podcast, I go over some of the things our body is telling us, if we are always feeling fatigued and tired, and steps we can take to alleviate our fatigue.
