Who were you 10 years ago? Five years ago? Last year? You've undoubtedly evolved; you've gotten better, especially regarding your social anxiety.
You might not think that's the case and contest that, and that might be so, but before you put yourself down, let's shed some light together on the facts.
This episode is all about:

  • How far you've come with your social anxiety
  • The effects of being on the hedonic treadmill and what that is
  • What the number one movie in 2013 was
