A common misconception that prevents people from practicing healthier habits is that they have to give up everything they eat. In my very first full episode I talk about how I had the same misconceptions and ran away from this lifestyle for years. Tune in as I talk about my habits, what I did to break out of them, and what I continue to work on through this process.
