This week I interviewed Owen Segerstrom the owner of Nourish Food Hub in Northern California.

Owen and his wife Hanna were very active working with a non-profit organization creating a place to bring together healthy chemical free farms with local people who desired to consume the highest quality food possible.

When the board of directors decided to push a farm's products that had genetically modified organisms Owen and Hanna sent an email to all the members just telling the truth and later that afternoon they were fired for doing what is morally right.

A few months later they started their own business doing the same thing but without having to compromise their integrity like the non profit.

These people should be awarded a medal of honor for holding true to their values to connect people to nature so they can heal and I think you're going to love their story as you learn how to get fresh food for yourself and your family.
