Brianna Battles, the Founder of Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism, specializes in coaching pregnant and postpartum athletes and educating coaching professionals. She is a remarkable advocate and resource for women who want training during and after pregnancy. Because postpartum spans a lifetime! No one wants to be left asking in postpartum, “Why didn’t anyone tell me this could happen?” You may feel out of control with your body during this season and there’s a lot more body awareness that needs to come into play.
