Making goals is a fantastic process - but one that can be frustrating without strategies.

There is nothing worse than learning, getting fired up about making an improvement, and then slowly forgetting about it / lacking the follow up to actually put it in practice.

  • (0:13:30) The importance of self-awareness in goal setting is discussed, with an emphasis on aligning goals with personal traits and lifestyle.
