When we’re sleep-deprived, we simply can’t function well. Sleep deprivation is associated with higher levels of stress, depression, anxiety and increases our risk for chronic disease. But like anything else when it comes to making lifestyle changes, taking the steps to prioritize sleep and create new supportive habits can be super challenging.
