IIn this episode, I share my personal experience with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), a condition that can cause us to say and do things that we would never say or do if it weren't PMDD time. Sometimes, I forget how severe these moments can be. However, I want you to know that you are not alone. Almost all of us experience this at some point in time. What I also know is that you can take control of your life and have fewer of these moments! You may even get to the.point where they never happen again! It takes hard work and practice, but it can be done.
