Thyroid dysfunction, also known as thyroid disease, occurs when the thyroid gland produces too much or too little thyroid hormone, impacting metabolism, energy levels, mood, and other bodily functions; women are 5-8 times more likely to experience thyroid issues than men, with many as many as 60% of people remaining undiagnosed. Needless to say, we have some huge opportunities for growth here.

Common symptoms of thyroid dysfunction include fatigue, weight changes, sensitivity to temperature, hormone imbalance and mood swings…are these sounding familiar? Like symptoms of perimenopause and menopause?
