There are A LOT of supplement out there lately that promise hormonal support or improvements in perimenopause symptoms...some good, so not good. I used to purchase these often with high hopes that they would help. Most of them ended up in my supplement graveyard under my bathroom sink.

I have learned how to better understand if a supplement is going to work for me, or even if it is something my body needs without blindly spending money, and I wanted to quip you with tools to do the same.

So if you are like me - inclined to buy supplements on a hope that they will work, OR maybe you are just curious about how to know what supplements will help and not create more damage to your body (or wallet) this is the episode for you!
