It wasn’t that long ago that I went to my doctor for blood work because I wasn’t feeling well. I was awake every night in a sweat, I was exhausted, my period was heavier than normal, I was having digestive issues and skin issues and my anxiety was on the rise….and I was told that my blood work was fine and that I was the picture of health.

Now I hear this story again and again every day from women over the age of 35 who feel lost, stuck, frustrated and exhausted. SO today, in this episode I am walking you through it all, what to do when this happens, why it is happening and how to start to feel like you again.
