Joining via zoom from Tampa, Florida, is Lauren Frazier. Lauren spent 8 1/2 years in the United States Air Force (U.S.A.F.) and retired with a diagnoses of PTSD as a Captain. Lauren's husband is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S.A.F. for the past 17 1/2 years.
Lauren has her Masters of Social Work, Dual Certification, 200 Hour Yoga Certification, and 30 Hour Yin Yoga Certification.
Lauren spent 6 months at the Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operation, where she assisted in the process of receiving and processing 375 deceased U.S. Service Members. This included working with the families of the decedent, determining the cause of death, autopsy's and more.
Lauren was the victim of sexual assault while assigned to the Mortuary Affairs Operation by a fellow U.S.A.F. Officer. Lauren shared the trauma she endured, the court martial process, rumorville, and much more that comes along with Military Sexual Trauma (M.S.T.). 1 in 4 U.S. Service Members are a victim of MST.
