In today's episode, I'm sharing my organisational practices with you.
Planning is crucial when you have a busy schedule because it helps you stay organised.
I'm sure you know what it's like to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities—we pretty much all do, right?
But, if you can prioritise tasks, plan your days, and use your time efficiently, you'll be far less hurried and overwhelmed.
You will know exactly what time you have, and you'll know precisely what you can and cannot achieve on any given day.
A well-planned schedule will account for breaks, downtime, and self-care activities. This prevents burnout from an overly packed routine.
